Twenty-five years ago, my fiancée and I made the perfect choice by selecting the most exquisite engagement ring. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the Collins Street store after a long time.

As I walked in, a rush of nostalgia swept over me as I caught sight of Nick, the person who helped us acquire the ring all those years ago. Memories flooded back, and I relived the excitement of designing and creating such a significant symbol of love…….

Amazing. When you walk in, you realise that these guys care more about their craft and excellent customer satisfaction than trying to sell you an off the shelf jewellery.

Nicholas, Kosta and the entire team at MDT are fantastic jewelers whos pride is quality, and who’ve been in our family for the past 2 decades taking care of all our jewelry, and I’ve been dealing with them for at least 4 years.

I purchased a wonderful diamond ring from Nicholas 15 years ago and it has worn so well, has been beautifully made and comfortable for all that time.

I recently revisited him at the new Collins St store to have it remodelled and his attention to detail, personalised service and competitive pricing was fantastic almost two decades later.

MDT are not only great jewellers, the staff genuinely care for their clients. We purchased our engagement rings there 28 years ago.

Every year we return to have them cleaned, and add an earring, or a pendant etc to the collection.

While we aren’t high spenders in any one session, our total over 28 years has been significant.
